How to make your own Hoop...

10 ft. of 3/4 inch PVC (This PVC only comes in 100 ft. rolls, so you can make 1 or 10 hoops. Either way you have to buy 100 ft. Roll of PVC)
1 connector that fits in the 3/4 inch PVC
PVC Cutters
1 Hair Dryer or Heat Gun
Black Electric Tape
8 - 12 oz. of water
Work gloves

Directions:

Cut PVC into 10' lengths (getting 10 hoops out of the 100 ft. of PVC roll)
Wear gloves and push one end of the connector halfway into one end of the PVC hoop.
In the other open end of the PVC, pour 8 oz water (or 12 oz if you prefer, for a little heavier hoop.)
In the end that you just poured water into, heat up the opening of the PVC with a Hair dryer or Heat Gun.
As soon as it is soft (approx. 1 min or so), quickly push the other end of the connector in, sealing the entire hoop together.
Wrap black electrical tape around the seam.

Before decorating the hoop, wipe it clean with a damp rag.

Decorate it any way you like. I prefer bright neon colors against the black PVC. You can use stickers, office labels, electrical tape or bright neon ribbon or tape. Just get creative. Use a clear tape to secure it firmly in place at the beginning and the end of the wrap.
